SWE shall provide users with a 12-month quality guarantee period starting from the date of product installation, and SWE shall assume liabilities related to materials or manufacturing, but the guarantee period should not be more than 18 months starting from the date when the products reach the installation site. During the guarantee period, service is rendered according to the〝SWE Quality Guarantee〞.
 ● SWE is responsible for training two engineers of users free of charge, who will be in charge of the routine maintenance.
 ● During the guarantee period, professional  engineers shall provide maintenance and repair for free (man-made damage or damage due to disoperation are not included).
 ● The products should be maintained once every 3 months, and all operating functions of the automatic doors shall be tested and amended.
 ● After the guarantee period, both parties shall reach a maintenance contract through negotiation, and SWE shall provide users with spare parts at a preferential price, not collect the maintenance cost and provide software update for free.
 ● Files related to installation, transfer and maintenance of users are established and after-sale service card is established.
 ● SWE may provide technical support on site during major activities of the users.
 ● SWE products are insured by PICC.
